Job Details
As a Commercial Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the success of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be a leader, a problem-solver, and a key communicator, liaising between subcontractors, project managers, and clients.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they are performing their work to the required standards and within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Read and interpret blueprints and layouts to ensure that work is carried out according to plans.
- Oversee the upfit process to ensure carried out correctly and efficiently.
- Implement and enforce safety management protocols to ensure the safety of all personnel on the construction site.
- Control costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Manage the quality control process, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds the required standards.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Manage materials, ensuring they are ordered, delivered, and used efficiently.
- Plan projects, setting timelines, allocating resources, and coordinating work.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts accurately.
- Experience in managing costs and budgets effectively.
- Experience in materials management and project planning.
