We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing field operations, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and fostering a safe and productive jobsite environment.

Job Details

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects.

  • Experience with ground up and interior renovation projects.

  • Background in retail, restaurant, healthcare, office, industrial, or similar commercial projects preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety requirements.

  • Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain accountability on the jobsite.

  • Proficient with construction management software and technology.

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

  • Willingness to travel as required based on project location.
