Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise all construction activities related to assigned projects, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
2. Coordinate and oversee all on-site operations, including the coordination of subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
3. Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards, complying with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
4. Maintain a strong working relationship with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and team members.
5. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact the project.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
7. Provide regular project updates to the project team and stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and solutions.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent, with a focus on Commercial & Industrial projects.
2. Proven track record of successful project completion, demonstrating an ability to meet project deadlines and budgets.
3. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
4. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the project.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
7. Proficient in the use of construction management software and other relevant technology.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
9. Certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus.
