We are seeking a dynamic and personable Community Sales Specialist who thrives on making connections and closing deals. This role combines strategic outreach, relationship-building, and event-driven marketing to drive occupancy and grow our reputation in the region.
We are not a healthcare community - this is not assisted living or skilled nursing - but rather an upscale rental residence designed for independent, socially engaged adults who value convenience, quality, and a strong sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to professionals and community groups to build brand awareness and generate referrals
- Deliver engaging tours and personalized follow-up to convert leads to move-ins
- Maintain CRM accuracy and execute timely, consistent follow-up communication
- Plan, promote, and host community events to attract prospective residents and partners
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and onsite team to maintain high prospect satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural closer with confidence, warmth, and a strong sense of urgency
- High energy and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Creative thinker who brings ideas for events, partnerships, and outreach opportunities
- Organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple leads and priorities
- Previous experience in active adult, senior living, hospitality, real estate, or event sales is a plus
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing, and digital outreach tools
