We are on the hunt for an ambitious and experienced Permanent Commercial Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by meeting and exceeding targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients by providing expert advice on financial products and services.
2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3. Utilize your strong enterprise sales skills to negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and growth.
4. Maintain an in-depth understanding of commercial lines and market trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or queries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Utilize the Epic Agency Management system to efficiently manage client accounts and data.
8. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the smooth delivery of services and products to clients.
9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial account management role in the finance industry.
3. Proven track record in enterprise sales and meeting sales targets.
4. Solid experience in cold calling and developing new business opportunities.
5. Strong knowledge of commercial lines and the financial market.
6. Experience using Epic Agency Management system or similar.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
8. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
10. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
