We are seeking a talented, hard-working, and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in Orlando.
The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in commercial litigation and a strong commitment to delivering passionate client service and high-quality work product.

The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in commercial litigation and a strong commitment to delivering passionate client service and high-quality work product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial issues.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Manage discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop litigation strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to The Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted.
- Three to six years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong academic credentials and prior work experience.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Sound judgment and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
- Experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters.
- Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
