1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on real estate law.
4. Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes, including trial experience.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to litigation, real estate, and contractual matters.
