Job Details
We are currently seeking a contract Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company’s adherence to legal standards and in-house policies while facilitating business operations through guidance and advice on compliance matters. This role involves handling highly confidential information and requires a bachelors degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
2. Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
3. Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
4. Draft, modify and implement company policies.
5. Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
6. Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
7. Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
8. Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
9. Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelors degree
2. 2+ years of professional experience
3. Excellent written communication skills
4. A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
5. Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
6. Advanced Excel skills
7. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
