Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Compliance Regulatory Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team. This role is crucial to ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all regulatory compliance activities related to our manufacturing operations, including food safety, HACCP, SQF, and quality assurance. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with food safety, HACCP, SQF, and quality assurance regulations.
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory compliance matters, including food safety, HACCP, SQF, and quality assurance.
5. Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards and ensure that these changes are reflected in the company's compliance programs.
6. Prepare and submit all necessary compliance reports and documentation to regulatory bodies.
7. Work closely with management to develop strategies for maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
8. Address any non-compliance issues promptly and effectively, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Quality Assurance, or Regulatory Affairs.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in food production.
3. Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, food safety, HACCP, SQF, and quality assurance.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and standards.
5. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex regulatory information to a diverse audience.
7. Proven ability to identify and resolve compliance issues effectively and efficiently.
8. Demonstrated ability to stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
10. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
