Control of Electronic Part Requirements: Generate Source Control Drawings (SCD’s) and review supplier control documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Inspection Data Review: Analyze incoming inspection data, including vendor/manufacturer QPL Certificates of Conformance and part-specific data packages.
Discrepant Material Management: Generate and resolve Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs), coordinating with Engineering, Material Control, and Quality Assurance teams.
Data Management: Maintain and manage electronic databases, such as Product Lifecycle Management systems (PLM) and Access Database.
Part Performance Coordination: Work with Engineering, Material Control, and Quality Assurance to address part issues and performance requirements, including EEE parts selection, characterization, and evaluation.
Education & Required Skills
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
7 years of experience in Component Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access Database, and Product Lifecycle Management systems.
