Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide estimating data for both conceptual and hard bid estimates
  • Conduct cost analysis for clients, offering value-engineering solutions and alternates
  • Support project managers and business development teams throughout the pre-construction phase
  • Develop detailed cost estimates for commercial and light industrial projects
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates
  • Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and labor rates to maintain estimate accuracy

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in conceptual construction estimating, preferably in Healthcare, K-12, Multi-Family, Industrial, or Renewable Energy sectors
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • LEED accreditation is a plus
