Concrete Estimator

We are a premier & top ranked concrete contractor that is highly preferred locally among clients for Concrete Tilt-up projects in the greater Reno, NV area. From Reno to Fallon, we have been providing our customers with quality concrete service since 1990. We are growing and are looking to add an experienced concrete Concrete Estimator to join our team.

Please apply in you meet the follow requirements:

• Have good knowledge and understanding of blue prints
• Have knowledge of building technique’s as it relates to concrete foundations, stem walls, floor slabs, retaining walls, drive ways, aprons, curbing, etc.
• Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with General Contractors, Suppliers, Architects, and customers
• Ability to work with our foremen on job projects
• Must have good time management skills to meet needed deadlines
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Knowledge of PlanSwift software a plus - used to take off quantities for bid proposals
• Ability to handle material submittals, including concrete mix designs, rebar, etc., as it relates to projects
• Experience with job walks
