Job Details

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and client-focused attorney with a passion for community association law. Key qualifications include:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Massachusetts
  • 2+years of experience in condominium or HOA law, real estate law, or related practice areas
  • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and interact confidently with boards, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Experience with governing documents, enforcement actions, collections, and dispute resolution is a plus
