This role focuses on creating innovative, functional, and cost-effective architectural designs for new development projects valued between $70 million and $ 100 million.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who has a strong background in designing and overseeing the construction of multifamily and mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances involved in planning, designing, and executing multifamily construction projects.
Responsibilities:
As our Construction Project Architect, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Leading the design and implementation of multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Collaborating with project teams to develop and refine architectural designs.
3. Utilizing advanced design software such as Sketchup and Revit to create detailed architectural plans.
4. Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure design specifications are met.
5. Reviewing and approving project designs and plans, ensuring they meet all safety standards and regulations.
6. Providing hands-on architectural guidance and expertise throughout the construction process.
7. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest level of design quality.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup and Revit.
4. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects.
5. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various project stakeholders.
7. A thorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
8. A valid license in architecture.
