Job Details

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process project billing, including AIA documentation and lien waivers

Support project managers with contract administration and compliance tracking

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice follow-ups and payment status reports

Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy of records

Maintain project documentation and ensure files are up to date and organized

Assist with prequalification paperwork, insurance certificates, and vendor setup

Provide administrative support to field and office staff as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction administration, billing, or accounting support

Familiarity with AIA billing, lien waivers, and construction contract terms

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction management software is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
