A bit about us:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Attorney to join our growing legal team. This is a permanent position offering an exceptional opportunity to work on complex construction disputes and defects, providing legal advice and representation for our clients in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction law, including dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and risk management. This role requires a deep understanding of construction law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas State Bar.
- At least 3 years of experience as a construction attorney or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with construction disputes and defects.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local construction laws and regulations.
