Job Details

  • Manage all phases of construction-related litigation, from intake through trial and appeal.
  • Take and defend depositions, prepare and respond to discovery, and draft and argue motions.
  • Develop and implement case strategy with senior attorneys and clients.
  • Handle court appearances, mediations, and trial work in both state and federal courts.
  • Work with a team that values mentorship, integrity, and practical legal solutions.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
  • 1-4 years of civil litigation experience; construction law background is a plus.
  • Proven courtroom experience, including trials, depositions, and motion practice.
  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of a caseload.
