Job Details
- Manage all phases of construction-related litigation, from intake through trial and appeal.
- Take and defend depositions, prepare and respond to discovery, and draft and argue motions.
- Develop and implement case strategy with senior attorneys and clients.
- Handle court appearances, mediations, and trial work in both state and federal courts.
- Work with a team that values mentorship, integrity, and practical legal solutions.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- 1-4 years of civil litigation experience; construction law background is a plus.
- Proven courtroom experience, including trials, depositions, and motion practice.
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
- Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of a caseload.
