We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in New Bern, NC. This role requires a results-driven professional who can effectively manage a territory to maximize revenue growth and build long-lasting client relationships.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a thorough understanding of available products, services, and pricing
Identify and qualify new sales leads using CRM platforms and other prospecting tools
Deliver formal presentations and provide training sessions to educate customers on product offerings
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
3–5 years of proven sales experience
Knowledge of construction-related equipment or comparable industry experience strongly preferred
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
Valid driver’s license

Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail with a strong safety mindset
Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational teams

Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $35,000 – $40,000 base salary + commission
