Job Details
Experience & Knowledge:
15 to 25 years of professional experience in construction contract administration.
Deep understanding of construction documents and contracts.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and assemblies.
Familiarity with construction contracts and their administration.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator (preferred).
Experience with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam (a plus).
Physical & Site Requirements:
Ability and willingness to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
Capability to meet physical demands on active construction sites.
Comfortable with on-site work: wearing a hard hat, boots on the ground, working closely with contractors.
Professional Attributes:
Highly motivated and driven, with strong collaboration skills.
Ability to maintain the firm’s reputation through excellent construction oversight and teamwork.
Balance of hands-on site presence and administrative skillset.
