Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ As a Construction Contract Administrator (CA), you’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and collaboration by:
+ Overseeing construction contract administration for assigned projects across North Carolina and South Carolina
+ Reviewing and interpreting construction documents, contracts, and codes
+ Providing on-site representation, monitoring construction methods, materials, and assemblies
+ Serving as a collaborative partner with contractors and project teams to ensure quality, compliance, and performance
+ Traveling regionally and meeting the physical demands necessary on active construction sites (hard hat, boots-on-the-ground work)
+ Performing administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
Qualifications -
+ 15–25 years of professional construction administration experience
+ Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, methods, and materials
+ Experience with construction contracts and administration
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Ability to travel throughout North and South Carolina
+ Comfortable with the physical demands of an active construction site
Preferred:
+ CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA)
+ Familiarity with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam
