Job Details
Qualifications:
+ 15–25 years of professional experience in construction contract administration
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator (preferred)
+ Familiar with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam (preferred)
+ Must be available to travel throughout Central to Eastern North Carolina and SE Virginia
+ Physically able to meet demands of active construction sites
Background & Responsibilities:
+ Deep understanding of construction documents, codes, and methods
+ Skilled in materials/assemblies and navigating construction contracts
+ On-site presence is key: you'll be boots-on-the-ground at active job sites
+ Serve as the bridge between ADW’s internal teams and contractors to uphold project quality and timelines
+ Collaborate directly with Principals and project teams to ensure contract compliance and construction standards are met
+ Some in-office work required, but this role is field-driven and highly engaged with project execution
