Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead and manage AP, AR, and Payroll teams
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and WIP reports
- Oversee cash management and financial analysis
- Ensure GAAP, prevailing wage, certified payroll, and union reporting compliance
- Maintain internal financial controls
- Manage payroll tax filings, W-2s, 1099s
- Liaise with external auditors, unions, insurance, and banking partners
- Utilize ERP/accounting software for reporting and controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience accounting leadership (construction industry preferred)
- Experience in financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and cash flow management
- Familiarity with Certified Payroll and Union Reporting
- Proficiency with ERP/Accounting systems and Microsoft Office
