Our organization is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Consulting Construction Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining our reputation for excellence within the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction, project management, and customer service. This position involves a high level of interaction with clients, construction professionals, and tradespeople, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough and professional walkthroughs of construction tracts, identifying potential issues and ensuring all work meets our high standards.
2. Manage warranty requests, including evaluation of validity, scheduling of repairs, and communication with clients.
3. Troubleshoot construction-related issues, utilizing a strong understanding of various trades and construction processes.
4. Maintain a detailed punch list of tasks to be completed, and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials.
5. Maintain regular communication with clients, tradespeople, and team members, providing status updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
6. Manage scheduling of tradespeople, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
7. Carry out warranty repairs, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and within the agreed timeframe.
8. Manage project calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed on schedule.
9. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times, representing our company in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications:
1. 1+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on customer service and project management.
2. Strong knowledge of various trades and construction processes.
3. Proven ability to troubleshoot construction-related issues and carry out warranty repairs.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to maintain regular communication with clients and team members.
5. Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to manage project calendars and scheduling.
6. Experience with ordering construction materials and managing a detailed punch list of tasks.
