We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Construction Defect Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction Defect Defense, with a proven track record of handling complex construction defect litigation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to a thriving legal firm, where your work will have a direct impact on our clients and the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
The Permanent Construction Defect Attorney will be responsible for managing a broad range of duties, including but not limited to:

1. Managing all phases of construction defect litigation including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlement, trial preparation, and trial.
2. Providing legal advice and guidance on construction defect matters to ensure our clients are adequately protected.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents related to construction defect cases.
4. Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials related to construction defect disputes.
5. Conducting legal research and analysis to keep abreast of the latest developments in construction defect law.
6. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of construction defect cases.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Construction Defect Defense.
4. Proven experience managing all phases of construction defect litigation including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlement, trial preparation, and trial.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficient in legal research and writing.
8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks, with an excellent attention to detail.
9. A self-starter who can work independently but also as part of a team.
10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
