Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Construction Document Detailer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing detailed construction documentation and coordination for a variety of building construction projects. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a deep understanding of construction processes, Revit software, and construction principles.

- Prepare detailed construction documents using Revit software, ensuring all designs comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to coordinate construction processes and resolve potential issues.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, providing insights and recommendations to enhance construction efficiency and quality.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on construction document progress, and addressing any concerns related to construction detailing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction documentation, Revit, construction coordination, and building construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit and other construction documentation software.
- Strong understanding of building construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
