- Provide estimating data for both conceptual and hard bid estimates
- Conduct cost analysis for clients, offering value-engineering solutions and alternates
- Support project managers and business development teams throughout the pre-construction phase
- Develop detailed cost estimates for commercial and light industrial projects
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates
- Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and labor rates to maintain estimate accuracy
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in conceptual construction estimating, preferably in Healthcare, K-12, Multi-Family, Industrial, or Renewable Energy sectors
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- LEED accreditation is a plus
