Job Details
Roles & Responsibilities – Estimator:
Desired Qualifications:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
- Review plans, specs, and scope with subs and project teams
- Analyze historical data and current market trends
- Participate in bid strategy and value engineering efforts
- Support handoff to operations teams
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Experience with conceptual and hard bid estimating
- Familiarity with estimating software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
