Job Details
The Preconstruction Manager has responsibilities in the preconstruction phase of a variety of projects, by reviewing and sourcing new opportunities, preparing budgets, estimates, proposals, and formulating plans based on both conceptual and schematic designs.
A qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or another degree related to the built environment. 5-8 years estimating, cost control, project management, and/or engineering experience in construction environment. Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, plus ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems is essential.
