Job Details

Responsibilities: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, analyze public/federal RFP requirements, manage sub-solicitations, compile hard-bid and conceptual estimates, and participate in value engineering sessions for public agency projects.

Qualifications: 4+ years of dedicated commercial or public works estimating experience; expert-level understanding of public bid processes, unit pricing, and subcontractor networks; proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Center, Bluebeam, WinEst).
