As a Construction Senior Estimator, you will:

- Prepare preliminary budgets, estimates, and detailed estimates for projects of varying size and complexity
- Analyze costs and prepare estimates
- Establish and maintain tender processes, examine and analyze tenders, and recommend tender awards
- Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to prepare estimates on cost changes
- Utilize estimating software and document management programs to create accurate and timely estimates
- Provide estimating data for both conceptual and hard bid projects
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and competitive bids
Qualifications; The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-10 years of experience in construction estimating
- Strong math, organizational, analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Sage Timberline, On-center takeoff software, and Bluebeam
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project, and Procore
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- OSHA certifications (preferred)
