We are a HUB, MBE, & SBE Certified, HVAC and Plumbing Licensed company, minority owned and managed. We are capable of providing Turn-key HVAC/Mechanical and Plumbing based projects to include Design/Build, Plan & Spec; as well as other trades if it brings enough value. We can audit, design, upgrade and retrofit your existing facility both mechanically and architecturally, tailored to the specific needs of your individual facility.

We have the ability to install specialty piping systems in a wide range of industrial facilities. Our team counts with multiple certified welders, sheet metal hands, HVAC technicians and pipe fitters on staff, as well as an engineering team with the technical expertise, ready to provide turn-key solutions facility retrofits, equipment upgrades or projects you are needing, as cost-effective and as seamless as possible.

• BS or BA degree from an accredited college.
• Experience as an Estimator in hard-bid cost estimating, pre-construction budgeting, constructability

analysis and value engineering.

• Sheet Metal takeoff in Commercial and/or Industrial projects
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read and analyze construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to work in pressure environment and to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge in the general construction industry.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
