A bit about us:
We are seeking a Construction Talent Interviewing specialist to serve as the internal subject matter expert and first formal interview authority for data center construction projects across the country for our quickly growing team.
This role is designed for a seasoned construction professional with deep knowledge of data center construction roles across the full project lifecycle, including technicians, construction managers, MEP, commissioning, design support, and project controls.
The Construction Talent Interviewing Lead works in partnership with our recruiting teams to understand role scope, evaluate candidate alignment, and ensure only well-qualified, properly matched candidates are presented.
