Job Details

Handle a range of construction litigation matters — from early-stage claims to trial prep

Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and take depositions

Engage directly with clients and experts

Get hands-on courtroom experience and strategic input

Collaborate with a lean team across offices — your opinion matters

Must be licensed in WA or eligible to waive in

2+ years of focused construction litigation experience required

Strong writing and analytical chops are non-negotiable
