Job Details
2–4 years of litigation experience required — construction background not required
Strong research, writing, and courtroom prep skills expected
You’ll be working with partners and senior associates on complex construction disputes
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and assist with trial strategy
Handle depositions, hearings, and client communication as you grow
Must be barred and in good standing in Florida
Ideal for someone ready to specialize, not stagnate
