- Manage a diverse portfolio of construction litigation cases, including construction defects, contract disputes, and delay claims.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation materials.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various construction-related matters.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that their legal needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.
- Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to construction litigation.

- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and team members effectively.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
