We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Construction Litigation Attorney to join our fast-paced and growing legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving high-stakes construction disputes and will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex construction litigation matters. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with clients, manage cases from inception to conclusion, and make a significant impact on our firm and the clients we serve.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all phases of construction litigation, including pre-litigation dispute resolution, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction contracts and related documents.
3. Conduct thorough and effective legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and legal issues related to construction projects.
4. Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on a variety of construction law matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, delay claims, and insurance coverage issues.
5. Advocate for clients' interests in court, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
6. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
7. Collaborate closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in construction law and related areas of law.
9. Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction litigation.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of construction law, including contract law, tort law, and insurance law.
5. Proven track record of success in managing and resolving complex construction disputes.
6. Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
7. Ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues, develop effective litigation strategies, and advocate persuasively on behalf of clients.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving client satisfaction.
11. Ability to manage a high volume of cases and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
12. Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
