Job Details

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our Riverhead office.

**Job Description**

* Manage a litigation caseload independently through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
* Handle construction litigation matters and draft construction agreements (experience preferred).
* Conduct and defend depositions; trial experience is a plus.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

**Qualifications**

* Juris Doctor and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
* 3–5 years of law firm civil litigation experience.
* Strong skills in legal research, writing, and critical analysis, including Lexis.
* Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
