Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join the Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of complex litigation experience, with construction litigation strongly preferred. This is a hands-on role requiring a confident litigator capable of managing matters independently from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities include:
Handling complex construction and commercial litigation matters from start to finish
Managing discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice independently
Conducting advanced legal research and drafting high-level briefs and motions
Appearing regularly in court and advocating effectively on behalf of clients
Supporting client relationships and contributing to business development efforts

Candidates must demonstrate strong oral advocacy, writing, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced litigation environment. Prior experience with hearings and depositions is required. A Florida Bar license is required, and this is a full-time, in-office position in Tampa.
