Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site project activities to ensure construction is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams, subcontractors, project managers, and clients.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections to maintain project flow.
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays or cost impacts.
Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
Work collaboratively with the project management team to manage change orders, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure site safety standards are upheld and lead by example to promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications:
5–10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with a focus on interior buildouts, renovations, or ground-up work.
Proven track record of successfully managing field operations from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent field experience).
