Construction Project Accountant

We are a Renewable Natural Gas company looking to bring on a Construction Project Accountant to serve as the liaison between project and construction teams and the finance department. You will perform processes and compliance related to contracts, payables, billings, and cost/budget reports.

• Process A/R and take deposits to the bank
• Enter all financial paperwork into the accounting system
• Responsible for owner billings, cost transfers, budget transfers, A/P invoices, and subcontractor pay requirements
• Ensure job cost reports and accounts receivable reports are accurate at all times and in balance with the general ledger

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of construction accounting experience
• Construction knowledge in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Knowledge of Subcontractor Pay Apps and SOV's
