The Construction Services Coordinator/Estimator is responsible for evaluating blueprints for both minor and major construction projects, generating comprehensive quotes for labor and materials. The Estimator will use estimating software and MS Excel to accurately determine the necessary materials and workforce for each project.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in interpreting blueprints for residential, multi-family, and light commercial projects
Strong understanding of wood frame construction, interior trim work, and fiber cement siding
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills with colleagues, contractors, and sales professionals
Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of meeting deadlines
Solid grasp of basic math
Proficient with computer use
Able to compose professional emails

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Project
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Experience with Plan Swift or Bluebeam is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct timely labor take-offs for residential and commercial designs
Perform prompt material take-offs for residential and commercial designs
Prepare and submit product documentation
Ensure products are produced accurately and on schedule
Manage deliveries between field teams, shipping department, and vendors
Source and manage subcontractors
Develop detailed labor scope of work
