- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
- Generate and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Assist in bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing
- Support project closeout activities and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience in commercial projects (e.g., tenant improvements, multi-family, mixed-use)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
