Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
  • Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Generate and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
  • Assist in bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing
  • Support project closeout activities and documentation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Experience in commercial projects (e.g., tenant improvements, multi-family, mixed-use)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
