Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (based on experience and market conditions)
• Bonus Plan: 5-10% annual performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to plan and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Support job site safety and quality assurance initiatives.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of relevant construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency in construction software like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for innovation and team collaboration.
