- Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (based on experience and market conditions)
- Bonus Plan: 5-10% annual performance bonus

- Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to plan and execute construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Support job site safety and quality assurance initiatives.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in construction software like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
