Job Details
Summary of Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of relevant construction experience, preferably in commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects.
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control principles.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA standards.
