Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and field personnel
  • Generate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals
  • Assist in bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes
  • Monitor and track project quality control metrics and activities
  • Assist with project budgeting and buyouts
  • Generate project punch lists and closeout documentation
  • Support the engineering and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in multifamily construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Experience with wood frame construction preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
