Qualifications

- Support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and field personnel
- Generate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals
- Assist in bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes
- Monitor and track project quality control metrics and activities
- Assist with project budgeting and buyouts
- Generate project punch lists and closeout documentation
- Support the engineering and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in multifamily construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Experience with wood frame construction preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
