Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
