Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Assist in project planning, including creating schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop solutions to mitigate delays.
- Support site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
