Job Details

Qualifications & Primary Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial or institutional construction preferred
  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination, scheduling, and documentation
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
  • Track RFI and submittal logs; support procurement of materials and subcontractors
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication with field and office teams
  • Help manage cost tracking, change orders, and progress reports
  • Uphold safety, quality, and schedule goals on every project
