We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Commercial Construction Project Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Project Executive, you will have the chance to oversee and manage a variety of commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role will require you to demonstrate your expertise in contract negotiation, subcontractor management, construction scheduling, project planning, and more. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review and negotiate contracts, managing subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
3. Develop and implement project plans and schedules, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
4. Ensure compliance with AIA guidelines and other relevant industry standards.
5. Manage project submittals and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost codes, job costing, and project projections.
7. Conduct regular project reviews and updates to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
8. Implement and manage quality control programs.
9. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
10. Resolve any problems that may arise and ensure the project is tracking successfully against the initial plan.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
3. Proven experience in contract negotiation, subcontractor management, construction scheduling, and project planning.
4. Familiarity with AIA guidelines and commercial projects.
5. Strong knowledge of construction submittals, budgets, forecasting, cost codes, job costing, and project projections.
6. Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills.
7. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
8. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills.
10. Proficient in project management software.
