Construction Project Manager:
The Project Manager will partner with the Superintendent to oversee mid size commercial construction projects ($5M to $50M). This role includes managing preconstruction, estimating, subcontractors, submittals, and budgets to keep projects on schedule and ensure high-quality results
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
* Prefer 5+ years as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
* Experienced as a General Contractor on large commercial construction projects and renovations
* Prefer experience with Tenant Improvements (TI) or Justice Construction
* Experience with stadiums, recreation, high rise, and education also preferred
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with Viewpoint, Bluebeam, or BIM software
